This Privacy Policy describes how Examium ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our mobile applications (the "Apps") and the examium.net website. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described below.

• Usage information. We collect anonymized data about how the Apps are used — for example which study modes are opened, quiz results and session length — to improve the learning experience.
• Device information. Basic technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version, language and country. This helps us diagnose problems and support the devices our users actually own.
• Purchase information. If you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a transaction confirmation but never see or store your payment card details.
• Information you send us. If you contact support or submit feedback, we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your email address and the content of your message).

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to operate and improve the Apps, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, analyze aggregated usage trends, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

3. Push Notifications

Our Apps are intended for adults preparing for professional certification exams and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
