Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications (the "Apps") and website operated by Examium. By downloading, installing or using any of our Apps, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Apps.
1. License
Examium grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Apps for your own study purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever applies.
2. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Parts of the Apps may require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Where offered, free trials convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or otherwise misuse the Apps or their content, not to circumvent any technical restrictions, and not to use the Apps in violation of any applicable law.
4. Content Disclaimer
Our study materials are prepared with care, but they are an independent educational aid. Examium is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certification board or exam authority, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result. Certification names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
5. Intellectual Property
The Apps and all included content — questions, explanations, flashcards, design, graphics and software — are owned by Examium or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. No rights are granted except the limited license described above.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Apps at any time; uninstalling an App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Apps in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
